Graduated in science with a major in mechanical engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), he holds a postgraduate degree in science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He has been leading the UNACEM Group since 2020. With over 17 years in executive leadership roles in Peru, he has a strong background in cement, energy, and sustainability. For 14 years, he served as the general manager of CELEPSA, the electric power company of the UNACEM Group dedicated to growth, sustainability, and climate action. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Peru Sostenible (formerly Perú 2021) and a member of the Board of Directors of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy – SNMPE, among others

Business Administrator with a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources from INCAE and Georgetown University. Certified by the HR Certification Institute as a Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP). Holds a Master's in Scrum and Agile Human Capital Executive from the Human Capital Managers Organization DCH, as well as a Master's in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Leadership from OBS School and the University of Barcelona.

An executive with an international career spanning over 25 years, she has held leadership roles in business and Human Resources in prestigious multinational companies such as the American company Bristol-Myers Squibb - Mead Johnson, the European Maersk Group - APMTerminals, and has led global Human Resources teams in major Peruvian business groups with international presence, including Grupo AJE, Grupo Gloria, and more recently at Aenza (formerly Graña & Montero).

She has been our Corporate Vice President of Talent and Culture since February 2020, focusing on providing the organization with the right talent and robust human resource management processes to ensure the sustainability of our businesses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, he has a specialization in finance from ESAN and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Piura.

With over 35 years of experience in finance leadership roles and solid expertise in the mining and cement sectors, he served for 20 years as the Financial Manager of Cementos Lima (predecessor of UNACEM) and for 11 years as the Manager of Finance and Corporate Development at UNACEM, the largest cement company in Peru. Since 2021, he has been serving as the Corporate Vice President of Finance for the UNACEM Group.

Additionally, he is a board member of UNICON since 1996, BASF since 2002, Celepsa since 2005, PREANSA Peru since 2007, and Entrepisos Lima since 2010.

Chemical engineer from the University of Salamanca (Spain). He holds postgraduate studies in Cement (Cement Master) from Lafarge University.

He has extensive knowledge of the cement and construction materials industry, where he has been working for over 15 years. He has served as the General Manager of HIDROINTAG (an electrical projects company in Ecuador) and as the Plant Manager of UNACEM Ecuador for 10 years, until 2021.

He is also the current General Manager of UNACEM Peru, the company specializing in the production and marketing of cement within the UNACEM Group in Peru.

Bachelor in Accounting from the University of the Pacific, MBA with an emphasis on International Management from the University of Geneva, Diploma in Compliance and Business Ethics from the Sorbonne University in Paris. He has completed executive education courses on Corporate Risks at Harvard Business School and Corporate Finance at INSEAD Fontainebleau. He is certified as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist by ACAMS and as an Ethics and Compliance Professional by SCCE.

With 32 years of international experience, primarily in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, both at the corporate level and in leading multinationals such as DHL International S.A. and JTI International S.A. He has worked in logistics, fast-moving consumer goods, services, construction, engineering, and real estate industries. His professional career initially focused on external and internal auditing, as well as internal controls. Later, he assumed financial management roles in business units and subsequently served as Corporate Director of Finance and Corporate Director of Compliance. He has also provided specialized consulting on corporate governance, risks, and compliance to HSBC Bank, the World Economic Forum, and Imperial Tobacco PLC. In 2017, he returned to Peru to take on the role of Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at Aenza (formerly Graña & Montero).

He has been our Corporate Director of Risks and Compliance since January 2022, focusing on implementing international best practices in corporate governance, ethics, risks, and compliance within the Group.

Alfredo completed General Studies in Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and later pursued mechanical engineering studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder, United States. With over 25 years of experience in commercial management, business plan development, and the assessment and construction of projects in the generation and transmission of electrical energy.

As of April 1, 2023, he has been serving as our Corporate Director of Energy Strategy, contributing to consolidating the strategy and positioning of the UNACEM Group in the electric markets in which we operate.

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Literature from PUCP, holds a Master's in Communication from Stanford University, and another in Organizational Development from the University of the Pacific.

With 30 years of local and international experience, she has held managerial positions, primarily in the areas of reputation, corporate communication, international development, and sustainability in multinational companies. She has been our Corporate Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability since July 2023, focusing on developing the corporate positioning of the UNACEM Group and ensuring sustainability standards and reporting.
